  Tried to buy a ring at this location a year ago and the lady would not let me use my original ring purchase from Kays and use a coupon discount . So I went to the Fairveiw one and that manager did it she said my trade didn't count as a discount .. This Kays has the worst customer service EVER.. I've always used the Fairveiw Heights Il one but was going to Springfield for a doc app. So I took my ring there for the repairs it needed with the warranty I paid for when purchasing the ring .. It was 2 weeks and I called the store to see if it was in and of course it was and NOBODY bothered to do their job to notify me .. She said oh well you should have received and email no lady I didn't I even checked my spam and NOTHING ... Well I go to pick up my ring which by the way is a rather pricey ring at 10,000 and the ring was NOT EVEN FIXED and one diamond was yellow .. She's says all she can do send it back I said so now another 2 weeks for yr mess up my ring is gone .. Oh she'll try in rush it well it's been another week and nothing .. I called to check and the lay who answered was rude and then says we'll contact u soon as it comes it yeah well that's what u said last time and I got nothing .. I hate this location store and won't return once I get my ring back .. I'll stick with the store that has good service for the money I've spent this is ridiculous service

  Spent thousands on wife's ring after 3 months one of the center stones fell out !!! Sent it off and 30 days later still no ring ... another 5 days they say .....You would think they would make it a priority !! I will never spend my $ at this place again !!!
