  We took a MacBook pro in. The guy told us that he is a genius but just doesn't work for Apple. He told us that Apple would not cover this under warranty and it would be about $600 to fix. We scheduled a appointment with Apple down in St Louis. They looked at it and quickly said no problem, this will be covered at zero cost. The guy at simply mac not only is trying not push warranties for the simple fact that he is charging a higher price for repairs then what Apple will cover under their warranty. If Apple wouldn't have covered it under warranty for whatever reason it was going to be $475, not $600 as we were quoted from him. Poor customer service do not recommend unless you feel like donating money to him. Well worth the drive to know that Apple will be repairing this vs simply mac.

  Don't waste your time trying to go to this store. They say the item will take 2 to 3 days to fix but it ends up being two weeks. Has happened to multiple people and me twice.
